I did it!

Maybe it’s a good idea to take a moment to tell you a few things about myself.

My name is Ralf and it's been 54 years that the Ralf experience has come out of the world rather than into it. I feel a lot younger. We are as young as our enthusiasm and as old as our worries (respect to Samuel Ulmann). 

Grown up and educated in Germany, later emigrated to Spain, then to France. One more time southward towards the Mediterranean Sea which is a grand love of mine. My life was a mess more than once in the course of these events.

I now happily paint, write and regularly train and teach martial arts and do a load of other creative stuff. So, here is part of what I’ve done. The text and the audios might change slightly but not in their substance. New ones will be uploaded soon. Enjoy and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
